Rice Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice to your water to help keep grains from sticking to each other.

| Ingredients |

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato sauce (8oz)

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4
cup water
-
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or
vinegar

-
STUFFING:
-
Green Peppers
-
1 1/4 lb.
ground beef
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1/2 tsp. pepper
-
1 small onion, chopped
-
1
egg
-
1/2 tsp. poultry
seasoning
-
1 cup cooked Minute Rice

Prepare sauce
-
Cut, stem membrane
and remove seeds from peppers
-
Combine ingredients.

Stuff peppers and put in pan.

Pour sauce mixture over peppers.
