Rice Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice to your water to help keep grains from sticking to each other.

| Ingredients |

6 pork chops
-
1 Tbsp. fat
-
1 green
pepper
-
1 cup rice
-
1 can tomato
soup
-
1 1/2 qts, water
-
2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp. pepper

| Directions |

Boil rice in salt water and drain.

Brown pork
chops slightly in fat.

Place browned chops in bottom of a casserole.
-
Add a
layer of sliced pepper rings.
-
Add the rice and top with another layer of sliced
pepper rings, if you like.
-
Dilute soup with 1/2 cup of water and pour over the
casserole.
-
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
