Rice Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice to your water to help keep grains from sticking to each other.

Rice and Mushroom Casserole
|
| Ingredients |

2 large onions, cut up
fine
-
1 1/2 lb. of butter
-
4 beef bouillon cubes
-
5 cups hot water
-
2 cups uncooked rice
-
4 small cans of
mushrooms, drained (cut up large ones)

| Directions |

Saute onions, mushrooms and butter together.
-
Place uncooked rice and bouillon cubes in hot water until cubes are dissolved.

Mix all ingredients together and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees
