Rice Tip
Do not stir when cooking rice (unless required by the recipe).

| Ingredients |

1 lb.
hamburger
-
2
stalks celery, chopped
-
4 slices bread
-
1 1/4 cup uncooked
rice
-
1 egg,
beaten
-
1
tsp. salt
-
1
cup milk
-
1
medium onion 2 cups tomato juice
|
| Directions |
-
Cut bread into very small pieces and
soak in milk.
-
Add beaten egg.
-
Mix with other ingredients - except for tomato
juice.
-
Shape into 8 balls and place in casserole.
-
Pour tomato juice over balls
and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
