Rice Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice to your water to help keep grains from sticking to each other.

| Ingredients |

1 cup
instant rice
-
1 pkg,
dried onion soup
-
1 cup
water
-
1
can mushrooms (optional)
-
1 can
cream of celery soup
-
1 whole chicken,
cut in reg. pieces
-
1 can cream of mushroom soup

| Directions |
-
Cover
bottom of 8x12 pan with rice.
-
Mix celery and mushroom soup and (mushrooms if
you like), with water.
-
Pour over rice.
-
Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
-
Sprinkle dried onion soup over the chicken.
-
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2
hours.

Keep covered until done. Do not peekl
