Rice Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice to your water to help keep grains from sticking to each other.

| Ingredients |

2 tablespoons butter
-
1/2 cup dry rice
-
1 medium onion
-
1/2 cup minced green pepper
-
1 lb ground beef
-
1 cup water
-
1/2 tsp celery salt
-
1 can tomato soup
-
3/4 tsp salt
-
1/8 tsp pepper

| Directions |

Melt butter in frying pan and add rice, onion green pepper, ground beef
-
Cook until rice is slightly browned and beef is golden, stirring often
-
Add water, celery salt, tomato soup, salt and pepper
-
Let simmer slowly until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender (about 30 minutes)
