Rice Tip
Never stir rice during cooking!

| Ingredients |

3 eggs
-
1 green onion
-
4 cups cooked (cold) rice
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1/2 lb bag of frozen, chopped vegetables (peas, carrots, water chestnuts) defrosted
-
2 tablespoons oil

| Directions |

Chop green onion
-
Heat wok
-
Scramble eggs in 1 tablespoon hot oil

Remove from pan and set aside
-
Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok

Add rice and stir fry 1-2 minutes
-
Add scrambled eggs, defrosted vegetables, and soy sauce

Add green onion
-
Mix all ingredients
-
Stir fry 2 - 3 minutes, or until hot
Add cooked, chopped chicken, shrimp, or beef if desired.
