Rice Tip
Instead of water, cook rice in chicken or beef broth for an added taste.

| Ingredients |

3 lbs Chicken
-
1/3 cup flour
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/4 cup butter
-
dash pepper
-
1 can cream of chicken soup
-
2 tsp green onion
-
1 tsp parsley
-
1 1/3 cup water
-
1 1/3 cup instant rice

| Directions |

Roll chicken in flour
-
Place in skillet and brown in butter
-
Remove chicken from pan
-
Stir in soup, seasonings and water
-
Heat to a boil
-
Spread rice in casserole dish
-
Pour all but 1/3 cup soup mixture over rice
-
Stir well to moisten rice
-
Top with chicken and remander of soup mixture
-
Cover and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked

Serve immediately
