Rice Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice to your water to help keep grains from sticking to each other.

| Ingredients |

1 1/4 cup boiling water
-
1 boullion cube (flavor is your choice)
-
1/2 cup uncooked brown sugar
-
1/2 cup chopped onion (sauted in butter)
-
3 oz sliced mushrooms
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp pepper
-
dash tyme
-
1/2 cup thinnly slide celery

| Directions |

Saute chopped onion in butter
-
In 1 qt casserole, add boiling water to boullion and dissolve
-
Add remaining ingredient (excpet celery)
-
Bake covered 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Stir in celery with fork
-
Bake an addtional 10 minutes
